We rarely eat the same food [although of course share the same veg/pasta, etc] simply because Del's veggie/vegan, but she still cooks nearly all of mine, and despite her foodie proclivities has no issue with butchering any piece of meat or poultry, or preparing/deboning fish/seafood, to a professional standard, as she was taught by her parents at an early age.
What always surprises me too, is that any meat or fish dish she cooks is always perfectly seasoned, even though she can't taste it! She says she just goes on her instincts. I certainly can't complain!:cool:

Thirty quid for three courses or 24 for two and the food was top notch + the staff were just nicely attentive & chatty without being obtrusive. Yes, was good to get out and about in spite of the awful weather.Quote:
