I'm having king prawn pil-pil later (spicy dish with lots of chilli, garlic and olive oil), followed by veal escalopes in a fresh lemon and parsley sauce. Pics to come!

Gorgeous.... We defo don't eat enough veal in the UK [and can be quite hard to get] - in Tuscany, it's more popular than chicken!:)
