you like that one dave? usual mix of veg and that.. onion, fennel, fennel seeds, orange sweet pepper, red cherry peppers, ginger, garlic, provence herb mix and a quick sprinkle of paprika cooked in avacado oil. sauce was tomato and basil and pasta was made by Rana, who make great chopped internals and nice fast cook pasta(2 mins).

Proper Mac & Cheese tonight, baked with a cheese and breadcrumb crust. Now to decide what cheeses to use... blend of Cheddar and Grana Padano with a little touch of Gorgonzola I think. Got a spare little pack of pancetta so might as well put that in too. Also a cheeky base of finely chopped shallots and butter, good grate of nutmeg and grind of black pepper into the finished sauce. Will get some pics up when it’s ready. [emoji4]

Meatballs going on today. Will have some of these with a basic tomato ragu and some pasta. Half and half beef and pork with some chopped salami, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan and s&p.
