Can't go wrong with a big of Spag, Roy! Have you ever tried using tagliatelle instead of spaghetti? Trust me, it works better and is more authentic:)

What pasta I use relies on what jar / packet I come across in the cupboard first.
With the addition of kidney beans and spices last night's 'bolognese' becomes a chilli. With the curry the night before that a half kilo pack of mince has fed me three times and there's some chilli left to freeze.
