Todays bread, made with 2 fresh egg yolks, home made beer, omega seed mix and and a splash of honey for sweetness.
Then to cancel out the healthiness, a metric fuck ton of butter was used to glaze the dough and more to glaze finished loaf, so much so it’s almost like a liquid butter crust. So, about 1000 calories a slice. Perfect!
That’ll make a supreme sausage and egg sammich in the morning :)
