Steamed salmon (baked first in the oven 'en papillotte') in a lemon-butter and cream sauce, with white wine, fresh dill, leek ribbons, pan-fried spinach with butter and nutmeg, green beans and sauteed Welsh 'Jazzy' potatoes...
