spaghetti carbonara for us tonight- as Alanis Morisette might have said, “Isn’t it Ironic that I had never cooked a carbonara until I was on holiday in Italy in 2019 and now it’s on regular rotation.” Maybe. Better line than “10,000 spoons when all you need is a knife.” No knife needed for this. I’m rambling. I don’t mean going for a long walk. Like Barry, we also have wine. :lol: (Rioja, of course, an unexceptional one.)

Gammon steak, 'oven ready' chips (:sofa:), fried egg, with carrots, green beans and sweetcorn. A little English mustard on the side, and some mayonnaise for the chips.
