Cool beans:thumbsup:
I'd keep up the walks if you can mate, as it'll good for your head space/well-being, as much as anything else:)

Did over three miles yesterday round B&Q, Ikea, Dunelms and various furniture showrooms but at least we settled on a suite (I think...).
Nice one... Have you got one of those Smart watches/fitbits that record your steps/distance travelled?:)
Marco.
To say bon voyage to my partner, who is off to Cameroon for six weeks (that's twice this year!), she, her granddaughter and I went out to a local pizzeria.
I had a wild boar, mortadella and wild mushroom pizza, with a mixed leaf, cucumber, baby plum tomato, Kalamata black olive side salad. Large glass of Montepulciano Francesco Cirelli rosso to drink,
and a lemon sorbet for dessert (the girls had Tiramisu).
All very convivial (and with no canned musak!). :)
Had an Apple watch but gave it away because it kept telling me to stand up! (stick mainly to analogue/clockwork these days - see the watch thread). Keep my iphone in my pocket and that records my steps / distance covered.
I did have a fitbit but lost it in a skip, this was a day out in London, we did the V&A & Imperial War museums.

It was 'a special' option, so I had to have it - and since Happy often will leave the menu choice up to me (unless there is fish on the menu), she had the same.
Whilst she is away, I've lined up six 'substitutes' - one for each week! ;) (Nah - only kidding!)
Hahahaha... Your balls will be like watermelons, mate!:D;)
So how was the pizza? Interesting, although I doubt it'd be my thing, as I prefer much simpler toppings, free from anything 'wet', such as mushrooms, which invariably make the base soft and floppy..
And we can't have a floppy one, can we?:eyebrows:
