Looks great, Mike - I love the crispy edges on a lasagne! My daughter has gone off it so I haven't made one for ages. Wife & kids always have peas with lasagne which I think is weird, nice green salad for me. And never chips!

Wow, that looks great! The only trouble with cooking for one is a matter of quantity: you have to eat the same dish for four meals, with only a change of vegetables for variety.Quote:

An omelette with a Calabrian dry pork sausage, spicy chilli pepper paste and fennel seeds. Accompanied with steamed fennel, curly kale, green beans and oven chips.
(If you can picture Italy as looking like a boot, then Calabria is the 'toe' about to kick Sicily out into the Atlantic! :lol:)
