This wasn't too bad. It was a 1.4kg joint which I pressure cooked for an hour, air crisped it for a bit then finished the crackling off with the grill. Looking forward to having some later with... you guessed it, CHIPSQuote:

It was a gammon joint from Asda (I think?). no bones. Got it for last xmas & it had been in the freezer since. Actually hadn't had chips since last week.Quote:
