This wasn't too bad. It was a 1.4kg joint which I pressure cooked for an hour, air crisped it for a bit then finished the crackling off with the grill. Looking forward to having some later with... you guessed it, CHIPS

We're getting a Chinese takeaway tonight, so for me it'll be Salt & Pepper spare ribs, followed either by lemon or sweet & sour chicken, egg-fried rice and prawn crackers:cool:
