Afternoon coffee and cake is very civilised indeed, and also rather European... As such it thoroughly meets with my approval!:thumbsup:

Ok, today's lunch... To start, a small portion of fresh tortellini, filled with spinach and ricotta, served with Del's homemade tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil leaves and sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano DOG:

Followed by double Welsh-lamb cutlets (from a local farm) infused with fresh herbs from our garden, garlic and extra-virgin olive oil, cooked on the charcoal BBQ and topped with a dollop of homemade mint sauce (using fresh mint from our garden):
