Looks proper homemade should fall apart in mouth nicely.
The bit partially attached at side says so. Burger structure is very important to me

Ah yerse... I see where you're coming from, and would agree. The difference in quality, in that respect, and most importantly taste, is very marked compared with supermarket stuff, no matter how 'posh' the range:)

Well I've tried making my own patties with quality minced beef & the fresh ready made ones but I keep coming back to Birdseye's frozen quarter pounders, they just taste nicest to me, perhaps it's my plebeian, jaded old palette :D

cant get fresh rolls, or even stale ones so i will have to just do withhout

Wot - none of the supermarkets can supply them as part of your food delivery? Weird... There's no shortage of fresh rolls in the shops!:hmm:

I just seasoned the mince well before forming into burgers. Think I tried adding very finely chopped onion before but that didn't really work.

Any tips gratefully received!

odds on getting a delivery are small ... so not so easy as just popping out for some. then you need eggs too and onion etc.. i will wait til its safer
