Jamie Oliver recipe tonight - sweet potato salad - from his 5 Ingredients book - a firm favourite and dead simple - baked sweet potatoes, roughly chopped mixed tomatoes and spring onions, a little extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, toss through some rocket and crumble feta cheese on top.
