Used some of the streaky bacon and pigs in blankets we had bought for the goose, on Xmas day, but hadn't yet cooked - was DELISH!:)

One thing you never seem to do though is sauces, especially with meat dishes. Do you prefer dry food? I love a nice tasty sauce (in the French and Italian tradition), with my meat, particularly as Del is so good at making them!

Was cheese sauce on potato and a glaze sauce on meat. It is kinda clear so not too obvious.
