Linguini with diced beef in a tomato, onion, garlic and ginger sauce. Carrots, brocoli and garden peas.
Washed down with a glass or two of a 2021 Château de Colombe, Castiglione Côtes de Bordeaux.

Inari nigri; cucumber hosomaki; yellow pepper hosomaki; chive coated pickled carrot cucumber and red peper roll, and a sesame coated pickled red cabbage, yellow pepper and rocket roll.
Followed by a salad (not really salad weather, but they are colourful and help to maintain good karma. :lol: ):

All washed down with some Becks lager. (Yes I know it should have been Japanese Ashai beer:

Black cherries with natural Greek yogurt for dessert. And some more Becks lager.
