OK, What's For Lunch or Tea Today?

cooking isnt difficult.

It's easy to cook pasta. I do cheat however by using cook-in sauces.

Rice dishes are a little more difficult, but I can do a mean chilli con carne.

I used to do a reasonable Sunday roast with roast potatoes, parsnips etc., but now I don't want to have to eat the same for the rest of the week.

nowt wrong with sauces. often cheaper if your only makig for 1 or 2.
