Because it has been such a lovely day here today, I thought I would have a salad this evening:

Cold oven-baked gammon joint, beetroot, steamed asparagus, grated carrot and cherry tomatoes.
Large navel orange for dessert.
All washed down with a glass of 2020 Reboul Salze, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux. (14.5% ABV)
times are hard barry...that tip looks awful lonely :)
