This is a Polish recipe called Fasolka Po Bretońsku, or Beans a la Brittany.
haricot beans, pork skinless sausage, bacon bits, onion, tomato puree and spices of choice.

Now that does look delicious; though I think I would have it on rice or spaghetti.

It was very nice. A bit over spicy perhaps and beans could have done with a bit more cooking.
Just made an egg ice cream custard. Cooling in a bath of water before going into fridge. Make it tomorrow or Saturday. It's thickening nicely already and still warm.

Devilled lamb's kidneys on a bed of steamed Basmati rice with carrots, green beans and courgettes.
Fresh strawberries with strawberry yogurt for dessert.
All with a glass of a 2020 Reboul Salze, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux.
