Going to make a roast beef sandwich (with horse radish) and some grapes....with a cuppa tea.
Leftovers from Sunday supper. I was very proud of myself....I made (successfully) Yorkshire Puddings along with the roast. Last time I tried ....I ended up donating them to the National Hockey league........as hockey pucks. These ones my son inhaled.
Pâté Fois Gras to start.
Royal lamb shank with asparagus tips for main.
Braised baked Alaska for dessert.
Then a Yorkie... buttered.
