For lunch - Salad Nicoise, fresh watermelon for dessert
For dinner - beef lasagne with a green salad, no pudding but a glass of red wine.
Rib-eye steak, seared red and green peppers, with boiled carrots and steamed French beans, leeks and broccoli. A couple of mandarins for dessert.
A glass or two of 2012 Chateau d'Arguan.
Something called "basa" for tea today, just looked like fish to me :)
