Brisket is finished.. A few thin slices and rest in chunks. Juices are an Argentinian mix and very tasty.

Last night’s Impromptu dinner at The Fountain in Tuddenham (which I think I’ve mentioned before, and is really good), I had pheasant, bacon and baby onion crumble - it was delicious!
Juices now gravy and meat into a sealing dish for storing when cold.
