Well, tonight’s dinner was Lamb & Haggis Toast with Chorizo Mayonnaise, Chartreuse Whipped Cheese and Mint Jelly, followed by Loin of Cotswold Venison with Baharat Spiced Cauliflower, Moroccan Aubergine and Dukkah Crumble Ragu and with Chocolate and Ale Cake with Salted Caramel and Muscovado Ice Cream for dessert.
I would love to claim this all for myself but the fact is, after trying for four years, we finally manage to book another table at The Hand and Flowers in Marlow - Tom Kerridge’s Michelin starred pub.
It was truly stunning; the venison in particular was one of the most amazing things I have ever eaten!
