Stuffed Shells

One of my favorites, I used a Manicotti recipe, spooning the cheese stuffing into jumbo shells is much easier, covered with homemade meat sauce, baked in the oven. Always a crowd pleaser.

Just pigged a Dr Oetker family size mushroom pizza, with added cheese, sliced mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes, plus a side helping of baked beans ('cos I had half a tin in the fridge that needed using :))

Very tasty and I'm pretty full. Didn't bother with a photo, as I didn't actually make anything, just cooked it.

I had to eat it all in one go, as I'm the only one here and I don't eat cold pizza.

Lamb hotpot. Not sure about this photo but in the flesh it looks fab.
