Nothing fancy tonight, but it turned into a beautiful evening, so took a quick snap outside in the Wrexham sun...
Chicken Schnitzel (free-range breast of chicken, rolled out flat, then put into flour, beaten egg, and finally pan-fried in clarified butter), served with homemade mashed potato [made with Jersey single cream, butter and whole milk from the dairy], topped with smoked paprika and fresh chives from our garden, accompanied by sweetcorn and a slice of fresh lemon:
