Yeah, what you see there does us about 3 meals, and what's left is used in sauces, etc - nothing gets wasted!:)

Look at the texture of the skin and 'yellowy' colour of the cheese itself. It's a different animal from the 'taste of cardboard' (in comparison) 'chalky white' stuff most commonly sold:

Plus, Brie or Camembert cheese that's too young, and not been allowed to mature, is always rather bland and tasteless, compared with the Meaux variety..
