As far as I'm concerned, paella is the same as risotto but with sea food. Might be wrong, but that's how I make it.Quote:

Had a 4 hour wait for my hernia op yesterday ( went well ) so celebrated last night with scampi and chips, boy was that good after 24 hour fast !

Thanks Alex. Plenty of fruit and veg they say because of possible constipation ?. It was a general one but only an hour long
so maybe just enough to knock me out, certainly not drowsy on awakening. Good to get done though.Feel good. cheers
