Made another bucketful of chilli con carne. Served with brown basmati wholegrain rice, brocolli, sweetcorn and green beans.

Washed down with a 2018 Château Roquegrave Médoc. 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. 14% ABV.

A couple of mandarin oranges for dessert.
