What does it do?
it circulates hot water at a at the precise temp you wish for as long as you require it, to cook food in a water bath. food is in a bag, preferably a vacuum sealed one kept under the water level. you can use a large pan or in my case a vide bath. its a great way to cook meat; steaks especially. they just need a quick sear at end to brown them.
its how most restaurants cook steaks.
Italian ham, Napoli salami, and Spanish chorizo pizza - with steamed tender stem broccoli. baby sweetcorn and green beans.
Lemon coulis and limocello mousse for desert.
Washed down with a 2020 Campo Viejo rioja tempranillo.
