Sure, no worries. The only time I have butter is on one slice of toast in the morning, but I have that everyday, so it gets used. I just take it out of the fridge half an hour before I want it, then pop some onto hot toast... Soon melts!:cool:

Lunch today was a lovely Aberdeen Angus beef burger, from our local butcher, on a lightly-toasted bun with salad, Welsh mature cheddar cheese, onion rings, relish and some chips:
