Just need to decide on the wine... I'm thinking Pouilly-Fumé, for the laungies and maybe a Brunello di Montalcino for the steak, or possibly Châteauneuf-du-Pape:hmm:

Hoisin Duck noodles.
Quite frankly, bloody dreadful. Only saving grace was the duck was good.
The idea of combining cucumber with egg noodles is bad. It just makes the whole dish cold and watery.
I wrote "do not make again with cucmber" in the recipe book. Without it it would have been pretty good.
