Lamb's kidneys cooked in their own fat, with a sherry, onion, tomatoe and red kidney bean sauce. Served with basmati rice, carrots, brocolli and a little spinach.
Accompanied with the rest of the 2017 Chateau Le Bonalguet, Bordeaux.
