Today's lunch: Barnsley chops, cooked with lots of sprigs of fresh rosemary, and garlic, then served piping hot with seasonal veg and a homemade Cumberland sauce:

Got me three lamb chops earlier...
Sake, sesame oil, chilli, ginger, sweetcorn, spring onion, coriander and salt & pepper.
Plus giant crab meat. More under the surface had to float it on the coriander!!!
