Tonight's tea: spiced Barnsley chop, marinated in garlic, cumin and coriander seeds, freshly-ground black pepper, and fresh orange/lemon juice (some crispy orange rind sprinkled on top), then pan-fried and served with broccoli, green beans, roasted cauliflower florets and potatoes in garlic-infused rapeseed oil, paprika and chilli flakes, then some pan juices drizzled on top...
