Lol - it's hard to make lasagne look good. I'd have left it inside the dish and just snapped it as it came out the oven, rather than plated it up. I'm sure it tasted great, though!:cool:

There's a rather good game butchers in Chester, so when we were in last time we picked up some partridge, and this is the result...
Roast partridge, wrapped in air-dried streaky bacon with 'pigs in blankets', in a rich red wine jus with black olives and shallots, served with baby carrots, mange-tout, rosemary and garlic-roasted potatoes and homemade cauliflower and broccoli Mornay:
