Loverly they are.
Little mince Beef balls seasoned, Chopped Red Pepper, Chopped onion, Gurkins, Mozzy cheese. Tomato Puree the Wrap as you would a Pizza base.
Only thing is the wrap will burn if you leave it in long so you have to oven cook the Beef balls, Onions & Peppers first for 5 mins. Then transfer them to the base, Add the Gerkins & Cheese wang it in for 6-7 mins.. Chezzy dont like Gerkins so i do Chopped spring Onion on hers.
Dead quick & perfect for an idle git like moi.
Simple lunch earlier of chicken liver pâté with mushrooms, some melba toast, and an antipasto of Italian cured meats and pickles:

Do you eat cured meats, such as salami or Parma ham? I've never seen you having any.
