Been cooking some salmon cut beef too I got today cheap in Sainsbury.. Looked perfect so cooked it up.
Browned in pan then pressure cooked in foodi.
Will finish is off in pan again.

I had cheese on toast with baked beans. It was lovely, but not exciting enough for a piccie. :)
