Is the oatmeal a traditional Scottish thing? Not heard of that one before, but yer mince and tatties look great! Will be 'leftovers' for us today, but that's no hardship:eyebrows:

All locally sourced, the turkey from the village farm shop and born bred and prepared a couple of fields away. The best turkey I have ever tasted. Sausage meet for the stuffing and pork for the pigs in blankets came from a couple of villages away. Lovely lunch, and topped off with a mainly Suffolk cheeseboard and Graham’s port which helped send me into a food and drink coma!
The question is though, is he just a breast man?:eyebrows:
Now, I quite like turkey, *but* for me the breast is, by far, the LEAST interesting bit! Unless we're talking Godawful turkey crowns. Give me some BONES to munch on, man.... Leg, preferably... Always been a leg man;)

I’m more of a “Parsons nose” type of guy really, but the rest will get eaten this week in curry etc. :)
