However, I'm with Alex (and someone else who mentioned it recently), what the deal with you and VEG?:scratch:
As in, you don't seem to eat any! Why's that - don't you like vegetables? Even if it's because of the ball ache involved in preparing fresh veg, most of the bags of frozen stuff are pretty good and still contain the nutrients you need, so you cook it up and eat some portions of it along with your usual meat and potatoes.
But you're defo missing out, mate, on some vital vitamins and nutrients from vegetables. What about fruit too, do you eat that?:)
