Looks good, mate. We're doing a barbie... Got some nice Barnsley chops, from the local butcher, which have been marinating all day in fresh lemon juice, rosemary and garlic, so they'll be barbecued and served simply with a cold green bean and potato salad.
There's still plenty of rosé wine, left from lunch, but I think only a good claret will do for the lamb, so I've opened a nice bottle of Médoc. Del's just back from work, so she'll enjoy that too, and we can sit and have it together on the patio, listening to some tunes, until the sun goes down:cheers:
I'm actually just about to make her a nice cocktail with Limoncello liqueur and Prosecco, filled with ice and fresh lime. She deserves to be spoiled:)
