had rest of roast for lunch. this is pork steaks cut up. potatoes, leaks, onions. gravy from the roast, herbs and tomato. leave it to slow cook and tenderize now.

Is finished it is. Smells great. Juice maybe needs a bit of thickener

Nah, it'll thicken naturally if you leave it to stand for a while, and let the flavours infuse. I'm not into adding things that simply aren't necessary. Anyway, looks good, so enjoy! :cool:

a little arrowroot did the job. probably have it tomorrow as im not on song today, but had a wee cooks tester.. very nice and it will be better tomorrow as you say

Chicken drumsticks & roast spuds later. Undecided on accompanying veg yet, will rummage to see what I've got.
