If those fritters were replaced with 'bubble and squeak' it would, to my tastes, be THE PERFECT fried breakfast.

Of course the sausages would be the wild-boar and apple sausages my local butcher makes.

We just call it a 'breakfast tea', and we have that about once every couple of weeks.
