I loath roast chicken (and all other fowl) and never eat it.
The only time I eat cooked ckicken is when it is cold.

had lentil soup, then chicken and pea pie with mash, carrots and green beans. all great.
Making pork ala creme for special dinner.
Just got cream to go in and a little longer cooking first.
