Lentils with aubergine, cooked in chicken stock, it over reduced a bit, but as a result was very tasty, loved it. Served with cold cuts of the chicken I made the stock from.

I like a nice bit of tender lean gammon but useless at making it.
Just got a small (750gm) unsmoked piece from Morrisons, 30 mins at pressure and 15 mins of roasting in the foodi, it was delicious.Quote:
