Two BBQs in a row. Yesterday I made chimichurri and used it very simply, basting unseasoned rib eye steaks and chicken wings.

I did add an extra tablespoon of red wine vinegar though.
As we went out for lunch at a local restaurant, we just wanted something light for tea, so put together a nice cheeseboard, and opened a bottle of Crozes Hermitage, to go with it:

Cheeses shown (all from Lidl): Brie de Meaux, Reserve Gruyère, Gorgonzola DOP Dolce, and from their Spanish week, Cuña del Queso Curado Viejo, which is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, enjoyed with some of Lidl's (also excellent) salted crackers and red onion chutney.
Still 18°C here, even at this time of night! :cheers:
