Granty, is the lasagne Bingham's or Donny Russ? I suspect the former. Yup, looks decent.
Marco.
P.S What did you think of the vid of my local butchers?:)

No worries, please watch it later and let me know what you think:)

It's a bit like steins in bathgate. Do similar stuff.

Nice one... Well, when you can get your car out again mate, that's where I'd be getting my meat from, not a supermarket;)
The effort will be worth it, as the produce will almost certainly be local, (far better quality) and often cheaper too, simply because of not having to pay for packaging and/or as much for the butchery.

Are there no disabled spaces? That's one area where we're lucky in Wrexham, as there's no shortage of FREE parking. You get 2 hours, right in the centre of town, for hee-haw, and currently it's 90% deserted, so it takes almost no time at all to pop in and out to the butchers!

Nightmare... Bollox to that. Probably because it's not too far from Edinburgh. Where you are [in between two cities] is generally more built up than here. If (when hopefully) you can visit us, you'll see the set up we're used to:)

Today's lunch... Gloucester 'old spot' pork chop, from our local butcher (marinated beforehand in garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme and lemon juice), then chargrilled on the BBQ, with Applewood wood chips, to add an extra depth of flavour, served with a duo of fresh salads (one, grated celeriac and carrot with mayo, and the other, wild rice with red peppers, peas and sweetcorn):

....and washed down with a rather lovely (very fruity with a touch of sweetness) chilled Rosé, from the Navarra region of Spain, at a quite frankly, ridiculous price of £3.99 from Lidl: https://www.lidl.co.uk/en/p/rose-win...rra-rose/p9252
I've paid three times that, and more, for [supposedly superior] Rosé wines from Waitrose, and which were largely a disappointment...
Anyway, hope everyone's having a nice day!
