Grilled Tri tip 2 days marinated in Chucka sauce. White corn roasted, red potatoes mashed with sour cream ,garlic cloves ,Irish butter and black pepper.Steamed broccoli .
And a cup of iced tea sweetened with black current extract.
After dinner a couple shots of Sailor Jerry's Rum with ice.

Had some chicken wraps for lunch and made the tortillas from scratch, which to be honest wasn’t exactly hard.
I did have to trim them a bit as my rolling pin game isn’t that strong.
Very satisfying considering the short time taken to make them, and i reckon kids would love to have a bash at knocking up a few together..
