It was a tub of powder from morrisons best range.
Just add milk slowly and stir.
It was rather good and as good as I've tasted. 3 peppercorn sauce
Yes it is nice. One thing i dont make is Peppercorn sauce. I get Schwartz two for a squid..Quote:

Why the aversion to cream or brandy? Neither cream nor 'cooking Brandy' [read as a half a bottle of anything half-decent from a supermarket] are expensive, and they're two fundamental ingredients of fresh peppercorn sauces.
