It was a tub of powder from morrisons best range.
Just add milk slowly and stir.
It was rather good and as good as I've tasted. 3 peppercorn sauce
Why not, dude? We always do (with fresh cream, brandy, stock, etc) and it comes great!:)

No chance using Cream or Brandy in this household, Its basically not worth the bother tho..

Why the aversion to cream or brandy? Neither cream nor 'cooking Brandy' [read as a half a bottle of anything half-decent from a supermarket] are expensive, and they're two fundamental ingredients of fresh peppercorn sauces.
