Lol.. Bet it would be good!
No problem getting good ribs here. The butchers generally always have them. We bought a 'sheet' of them for £6, and that was only half portion, so what I had tonight cost £3. You wouldn't have needed any teeth either, as the meat just fell of the bone (cooked slowly in the oven, on a low heat for 2 hours).

Slow-cooked Welsh lamb shank with Harissa, on a bed of homemade Moroccan couscous (with butter, raisins ,sautéed.onions, garlic, red peppers and peas), and finished off with some fresh mint:
