It's basically potato, leak and spring greens boiled in veg stock, with a ray wing poached on top.
The interesting bit was frying some spring onions and chives, adding some Bread & Butter white wine and a big dollop of butter plus seasoning to make that yellow sauce. It did taste good.
Completely invented on the spot.
Today's brunch a double layer bacon and egg on cheap rubbish bread. It seems to suit bacon sarnies, though.
