Looks really nice, Justers (as usual), but don't you get tired of having Asian-stye food all the time?:)
You don't seem to eat Italian or French very often....
Marco.
I can understand that comment this week for sure.
I am on a roll with it. I go through phases. I got seriously into curries for an extended period years back.
I don't think French or Italian food ranks high in my ratings file. Apart from a few mainstream dishes I eat on and off.
Lol... So what is it you don't like about French or Italian food, the lack of chillies and corriander?:D
Their cuisine produces some of the best food in the world, albeit not necessarily to your tastes... I'd be curious to know, though, how much of it you've had produced to a high standard?
I like a varied diet, so rarely have the same type of food twice in a row. In that respect one night I could have steak pie and mash, and the next a Thai curry, then the next day lasagne, then fish and chips, etc... I get bored with the same flavours, no matter how nice those flavours are:)
Marco.
I eat what I want to eat when I want to eat it.
Simples.
Go back 6 months or a year and see what I was posting then. It will be very different.
You've been watching this thread long enough to know that, dude.
Tonight I decided I fancied a dozen Mince Pies with Orange Juice Pastry, followed by a dozen Apple & Custard Pies for afters......(not really)

Let's take Italian because it's closest to your heart.
Why do you like it?
I'm not keen on pasta and decent pizza is rare in this country. And it needs a proper pizza oven.
Lol... Don't try and answer my question with another question!:D
YOU tell me why you wrote what you did. What I think, in that respect, is irrelevant. And you haven't mentioned why you don't like French food. There are tons of fabulous French restaurants throughout the UK.
You seem to like pate, which is French;)
Marco.
